Andrei Nikolaevich Maximishin (Russian: Андрей Николаевич Максимишин, born December 20, 1984 in Moscow) is a Russian ice dancer.
Early in his career, Maximishin had brief partnerships with Jana Khokhlova and Olga Orlova. He then competed with Anastasia Platonova between 2003 and 2007. Together, they placed 6th at the 2005 World Junior Championships and 5th in 2006, and had some success on the Junior Grand Prix circuit, qualifying for and competing twice for the Junior Grand Prix Final. In their senior Grand Prix debut, they placed 5th at 2006 Skate Canada International. They split due to Platonova's back problem.[1] They were coached by Alexei Gorshkov in Odintsovo.[1]
Maximishin teamed up with Natalia Mikhailova in mid-2007, moving to her coach Alexander Zhulin.[1] They competed together during the 2007-2008 season. They are the 2007 Golden Spin of Zagreb silver medalists.
